Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA)

IN-HOME CARE AIDE Home Care Services | Immediate Openings Aachele Home Care and Hospice, LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional In-Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. We are looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety at home. Position Responsibilities As an In-Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygieneToileting and incontinence careMobility, walking, and safe transfersMeal preparation and feeding assistanceLight housekeeping and maintaining a clean client environmentLaundry and linen changesMedication remindersCompanionship and social interactionAssistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Observing and reporting changes in the client's conditionFollowing the client's established care/service planCompleting required visit documentationProviding respectful and professional care at all times QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should: Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on timeHave a caring and professional attitudeBe comfortable providing hands-on personal careBe able to follow written care instructionsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staffMaintain client confidentialityBe able to work independently in a client's homeSuccessfully complete all required pre-employment screening and orientationMeet applicable agency and state requirements for the position Previous home care, personal care, CNA, PCA, caregiver, assisted living, or senior-care experience is preferred.
