About the role
The Views of Cedar Rapids is a brand new, resort-like continuity of care community. We are seeking Certified Nursing Aides to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and report resident health status
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing quality care
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certifications preferred
