About the role
Our most important goal is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents in a safe and secure environment. As a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life while maintaining a clean, healthy, and supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including meals, ambulation, hydration, and nourishment
- Supporting personal hygiene needs such as bathing, toileting, and bed positioning
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, weight, intake/output, and urine testing
- Responding to call lights, resident requests, and assisting with transportation as needed
- Reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing supervisor
Requirements
- Current, valid CNA Certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team
- Professional, tactful interaction with residents, families, staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations

- 8 hour shifts
