About the role
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate care to our residents. This position is located in New Rockford, ND, and requires relocation or commute.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents.
- Support residents to live at their highest level of independence and function.
- Work shifts from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Participate in every-other weekend and holiday rotations.
Requirements
- Must be a North Dakota–licensed CNA (or willing to obtain certification with our support).

Pay
- Hourly wage range: $20.36–$24.81 (DOE).
- Sign-On Incentive: - $6,000 for Full-Time.
- $3,000 for Part-Time (paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates).
Schedule
- Available shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
