Certified Nurse Assistant Part Time
Job Summary
Royal Oaks, a HumanGood community in Duarte, CA, is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join the Assisted Living team. This position operates under general supervision and follows the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" at Royal Oaks.
About the role
You will be responsible for developing awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting residents in maximizing their independence and participation, and creating a safe environment for resident care. You will also help residents with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities.

Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certificate or currently enrolled in a program
- Prior C.N.A. or caregiving experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous C.N.A. or caregiving experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to care are essential.

Pay
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule
