Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while promoting a positive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Aid with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in caring for residents' physical, emotional, and social needs

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with valid Florida certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience as a CNA
• Ability to work a part-time schedule, approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
