As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Resource Team, you'll play a vital role in residents' lives—providing care that honors their dignity and independence.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals
• Pass medications (med pass experience preferred)
• Assist with mobility and transfers using lifts, wheelchairs, and other equipment
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises
• Accurately document care in the Care Tracker system
• Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition
• Support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Michigan communities

Skills & Qualifications
