Now Hiring: CNA (Long-Term Care)
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and assess needs to determine appropriate support or escalation
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and comfort care
- Turn, reposition, and assist bedridden patients per care plans and safety guidelines
- Support nutritional needs by following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and resident preferences
- Gather and communicate relevant information regarding patient condition, treatment plans, and recommended activities
- Measure, monitor, and accurately record food and fluid intake
- Observe patients for changes in condition or signs requiring medical attention and report findings to nursing staff
- Communicate resident concerns, complaints, or symptoms clearly and promptly to nurses
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors professionally, providing directions and support as needed
- Introduce yourself to residents, families, and visitors to promote comfort and trust
- Identify and report safety hazards to ensure a safe care environment
- Replenish supplies and maintain organized patient care areas
- Adhere to all infection control practices, including proper hand hygiene, standard precautions, and isolation protocols
Requirements
- Wyoming State Certified Nursing Assistant
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and processes
- Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to take after-hours calls, work nights, weekends, pick up shifts, and flexible scheduling
- Physical requirements: light to moderate work, 50 pounds maximum weight to lift and carry, reaching, bending, stooping, handling objects, talking, hearing, and seeing

Pay
Sign-On Bonuses for new hires, including:
- CNA: up to $1,500 - 50% payment at hire and the remainder at 6 months
- LPN: up to $2,000 - 50% payment at hire and the remainder at 6 months
- RN: up to $3,000 - 50% payment at hire and the remainder at 6 months
