Certified Nurse Assistant

About the role

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are needed for Full-Time positions on 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00 PM), and 3rd Shift (11-7) at Madison Manor, a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Accurately document ADLs and care provided in the electronic system
• Assist with vital signs and daily care needs while promoting resident comfort and dignity

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassion and dedication to caring for the elderly

Pay

• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shifts
• $2.00/hour additional for Saturday and Sunday all shifts
