CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT
About the role
Assist RN’s and LPN’s with meeting the needs of hospitalized patients or nursing home residents.
Participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of patient.
Provide complete and thorough personal care for patients.
Take and accurately record vital signs.
Assist and accompany the patient in the admission, transfer and discharge process while assuring comfort and safety.
Promptly and consistently respond to patient's needs.
Promptly and consistently respond to needs of family members.
Complete housekeeping responsibilities such as utility rooms and diet kitchen as needed.
Assist with ADL’s- personal care, feeding, bathing, and dressing.
Provide support to patients and family members.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Georgia CNA certification required.
- Previous patient care experience in hospital setting preferred.
Qualifications
