What You’ll Do
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans
- Aid with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
- Practice infection control procedures
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals
- Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
What You Bring
- Completed CNA/STNA Course and current State License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent attendance
