Job Responsibilities for CNA

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• RANGE OF MOTION / EXERCISES
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Nutritional care
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks
• Assisting with ambulation
• MEDICATION ASSISTANCE

Requirements

• Must be listed on the Nevada Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Have at least one year of work experience
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• PASS the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Meet all state requirements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
