Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Auxiliary ADLs such as preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition
• Observe infection control and follow individualized care plan protocols
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Remind clients to take medication (non-medical only)
• Clock in/out and document all tasks accurately

Requirements

• Current HHA registration in good standing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry required, OR active CNA certification in Oklahoma required
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if transporting clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

About the Role

We are hiring certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City.
