Job Description
- Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care.
- Help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care.
- On-site training is provided.
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B)
- CPR certification
- Pass a criminal background check

About the Role
We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts.
