About the role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment at The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living. They assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and reassurance, ensuring each resident's well-being is prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
- Provide nursing services with stamina, strength, and endurance.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
- Communicate respectfully and positively in a work environment.
Requirements
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
