Certified Nurse Aide - CNA **$1500 Sign on Bonus**

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You will support residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

Requirements

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self‑discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Pay

$1,500 sign‑on bonus (available for a limited number of candidates; offered from 09/02/2026 to 10/02/2026).
