Certified Nurse Aide

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outstanding healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care
• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers
• Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Skills

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment (nice to have)
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents (nice to have)
• Behavioral care / memory care experience (nice to have)

Pay

$23.46–$25.46 per hour
