About the role
A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies and is currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Chart and execute plans of care
- Work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care
- Staff long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care
- On-site training provided
- More shifts may become available upon proper fulfillment of responsibilities
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hepatitis B)
- CPR certification
- Pass a criminal background check
