• Multiple types of contracts
• Staffing in assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care
• Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Help with ADLs
• Chart and execute plans of care
• Work in various long-term care settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care
• Provide one-to-one care when needed

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B)
• CPR certification
• Pass a criminal background check

Qualifications

• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
