About the role
A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies. We are looking for amazing CNAs who enjoy variety and learning new skills. We offer multiple types of contracts, allowing us to be flexible with our employees. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, covering all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care
- Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Chart and execute plans of care
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B)
- CPR certification
- Pass a criminal background check
