About the role
A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies, is looking for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs). We offer multiple types of contracts and flexible scheduling across assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care settings, including all shifts. This role involves working in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and providing one-to-one care. CNAs assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), charting, and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided, and fulfilling responsibilities may lead to more shifts.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hep B)
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
