Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalities
• Participate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processes
• Maintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Floating between units, assisting team members, and upholding HIPAA confidentiality standards

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1-year related experience in a medical environment preferred
• Must be certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are provided
• Must maintain current CPR Certification and SRNA certification
