Responsibilities
- Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision
- Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalities
- Participate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processes
- Maintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Floating between units, assisting team members, and upholding HIPAA confidentiality standards
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1-year related experience in a medical environment preferred
- Must be certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are provided
- Must maintain current CPR Certification and SRNA certification
