CMT Position Highlights

• Prepare, administer, and chart medications by all routes except those given by the parental route.
• Chart vital signs, intake and output and monthly weights to assist the charge nurse.
• Reorder medications as needed in timely manner.
• Put medications away when received from pharmacy.
• Monitor for drug discrepancy.
