About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective medication delivery and administration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents
  • Support the overall care and well-being of residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved CMA program
  • Current license without restrictions
  • Minimum 1 year previous CMA experience
  • Proven leadership, team building, and educational skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
  • Strong communication skills
