Responsibilities

  • Assist with medication administration for all assigned residents
  • Provide daily care to residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
  • Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
  • Communicate confidentially and clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Requirements

  • Certified to pass medications per state regulations (Certified Medication Aide/CMA)

This position may require working evenings and weekends as needed. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace, and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion.
