Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
- Providing high-quality nursing care while promoting dignity, respect, and freedom of choice
- Aiding residents in achieving their best physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Offering patient and empathetic support for mobility, communication, and incontinence care
Requirements
- Certified as a Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Maryland
- Active CNA-1 license
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Organized, reliable, and have a heart for seniors
