- Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
- Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
- Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
