About the role
Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings to ensure every individual feels welcomed and ready for care.
Capture the patient’s story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with the high-quality data needed for precise clinical decisions.
Facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, ensuring patients receive the follow-up services they need without delay.
Support the clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies so the care team can remain focused on the patient.
Responsibilities

- Transcribe and process orders for labs and imaging to ensure patients receive necessary follow-up services promptly.
- Manage front-of-house communications and maintain medical supplies to keep the care team focused on the patient.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Preferences
- 1+ years of primary care Medical Assistant experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.
