Responsibilities

• Completes initial patient clinical assessment, documenting in the patient chart according to the description below.
• Affixes labels to medications and fills prescriptions as directed by the provider.
• Works within the provider's scope of competency to place orders, complete in-basket tasks, and return patient phone calls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
