About the role
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) I to join our healthcare team, providing vital patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Performing medical intake procedures such as vital signs and patient history assessments
- Conducting complete patient evaluations and monitoring symptoms, reactions, and treatment responses
- Administering immunizations as directed by physicians
- Practicing safe phlebotomy techniques, including venipuncture and specimen handling
- Assisting at the front desk by greeting patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) required or achievable within 6 months
- CPR certification required
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance
- Must pass Level I and II background checks
