Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with basic nursing procedures such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing hygiene care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent state certification.
• Completion of a CNA training program or equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
