About the role

The Field Medical Assistant will be responsible for administering misting therapy to patients in their homes, managing medical supplies, scribing for doctors, performing chart checks, coordinating skin sweeps, and making initial assessment calls.

Responsibilities

• Administer misting therapy to wound patients
• Order medical supplies
• Scribe for respective doctors
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Perform chart checks for evaluation of stalled wounds
• Cook up skin sweep scheduling
• Scribe for skin sweeps
• Make initial assessment calls

Requirements

• Valid MA Certification
• 1–2 years of clinical management/medical experience preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Strong awareness of medical terminology
• Strong desire for patient care

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
