Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and keep a close eye on overall wait times.
• Prep injection supplies, route patients, and collect relevant information to streamline processes.
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols.
• Manage all medical inventory to ensure the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of medical assistant experience.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Proficiency in medical software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills to monitor inventory and prep medical supplies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients.
