Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule and manage check-ins
• Prep injection supplies and route patients
• Collect relevant information to streamline processes
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures
• Provide necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
• Manage all medical inventory, ensuring the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
• Proficiency in medical software and tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
