About The Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring seamless patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Rooming patients quickly and efficiently
- Performing Electrocardiogram (EKG) procedures and vital sign measurement
- Updating medical records
- Assisting with minor procedures and administering injections
- Supporting patients through their visit, including discharge and follow-ups
- Managing medical supplies and ensuring a clean work environment
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a medical assistant role
- Highly reliable and committed to team success
- A passion for efficiency, teamwork, and patient-centered care
- Excitement about learning and implementing new technologies to improve clinic workflows

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Occasionally sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
