About the Role

Inspire Early Education is looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms at Inspire Randolph (647 North Main Street, Randolph, MA 02368). We are hiring for Certified Toddler Teacher and Certified Infant Teacher positions.

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children's growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• EEC Certified (Required)
• Experience in a daycare or childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
