Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai technology and service procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues and the services performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Certification as a Hyundai Technician or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Previous experience servicing Hyundai vehicles preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
