Requirements
- Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands‑on personal care

Base pay: $20/hour plus an additional case differential based on factors such as hours per day/days per week, distance traveled, pets in the home, couples cases, and level of care required. Earn an extra $1–$10+ per hour depending on the case.
Available Shifts
- Day Shifts (Thursday‑Saturday) or (Sunday‑Wednesday): 7 am‑7 pm (12 hrs), 8 am‑8 pm (12 hrs), 8 am‑6 pm (10 hrs), 9 am‑7 pm (10 hrs)
- Overnight Shifts (Thursday‑Saturday) or (Sunday‑Wednesday): 7 pm‑7 am (12 hrs), 8 pm‑8 am (12 hrs), 9 pm‑9 am (12 hrs), 8 pm‑6 am (10 hrs), 9 pm‑7 am (10 hrs)
- Weekday Shifts (Monday‑Friday): 8 am‑4 pm (8 hrs), 9 am‑5 pm (8 hrs), 10 am‑6 pm (8 hrs)
