Requirements
- Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care

Pay
- Base pay: $20/hour
- Additional case differential based on:
- Hours per day / days per week
- Distance traveled
- Pets in the home
- Couples Cases
- Level of care required
- Earn an additional $1–$10+ per hour depending on the case
Schedule
- Day Shifts (Thursday–Saturday) or (Sunday–Wednesday)
- 7 am–7 pm (12 Hours)
- 8 am–8 pm (12 Hours)
- 8 am–6 pm (10 Hours)
- 9 am–7 pm (10 Hours)
- Overnight Shifts (Thursday–Saturday) or (Sunday–Wednesday)
- 7 pm–7 am (12 Hours)
- 8 pm–8 am (12 Hours)
- 9 pm–9 am (12 Hours)
- 8 pm–6 am (10 Hours)
- 9 pm–7 am (10 Hours)
- Weekday Shifts (Monday–Friday)
- 8 am–4 pm (8 Hours)
- 9 am–5 pm (8 Hours)
- 10 am–6 pm (8 Hours)
