Certified Home Health Aide For Home Health Visits (PT / Per Diem)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services as an extension of nursing or therapy services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Absorb and assist with bathing and hygiene, hair and nail care.
• Absorb and assist with ambulation and transfers, dressing.
• Absorb and assist with elimination, linen change.
• Absorb and assist with range of motion, light meal preparation.
• Absorb and assist with light housekeeping pertaining to the patient/client.
• Report on the patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.
• Adhere to the Apollo documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.

Requirements

• Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification, in compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written care instructions and accurately document services provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes.
• Experience in Home Healthcare.

Benefits

• Rates $21-35/hour.
• Clinicians are also eligible for mileage reimbursement and cellular device reimbursement.
