Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Hourly Adult Personal Care

About the role

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Ranging of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Bathing
• Miscellaneous tasks such as oral feeding, bed making, laundry, meal preparation, assisting with ambulation, and medication assistance

Requirements

• Minimum one year work references in any type of field.
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• No license? BAYADA offers Home Health Aide Certification courses.
