About the role
Home Sweet Home is seeking a Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care and support to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Support comfort and safety while offering emotional companionship.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
- Assist with basic health needs and follow individualized care plans.
- Teach family members simple caregiving techniques.
Requirements
- Active CHHA certification in the State of Arizona (required).
- Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
