About the role

Alvita Care is a mission-driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with four branches and over 500 caregivers. We provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients and their families, including: In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, Geriatric Care Management. Alvita Care has earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Our clients are private-pay, and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Monmouth County, NJ. We have multiple client locations available, providing opportunities for convenient commutes and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and support

Qualifications

• Valid HHA certificate
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Updated medicals and vaccinations, or willingness to obtain them
• Completed drug screening or Habituation Form
• Reliable and compassionate approach to client care
