About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team.
0.75 FTE (60 hours bi-weekly), 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled. Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules. Clinic location: Onalaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a hemodialysis setting (duties specific to CHT or LPN role).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire.
Pay
Starting pay at $19.05 per hour for Certified Hemodialysis Technicians and $24.09 per hour for LPNs, with additional compensation for experience. Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends.
