Certified Group Exercise Instructor
About the role
Responsible for leading group fitness classes at our state-of-the-art facility. Key responsibilities include motivating participants, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy group fitness classes in various disciplines such as cardio, strength training, and yoga.
- Motivate and engage participants throughout each class.
- Ensure all participants are aware of and comply with health and safety guidelines.
- Adapt classes to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with participants and staff to ensure a positive class experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid first aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, physical education, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques and routines.
- Experience working with diverse populations.

Pay

Schedule
Classes are typically held Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM, with some Saturday and Sunday availability.
