About the role
Valbridge Property Advisors | Charleston is seeking an experienced Certified General Appraiser for a commercial appraising position.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-end, professional, commercial real estate appraisal services for various real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties.
- Work with clients such as Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies.
- Benefit from a supportive team that helps prepare portions of the appraisal process and an in-house review ensuring quality control.
Requirements
- Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License(s)—MAI candidate or member preferred
- A four-year college degree, preferably with emphasis or major in real estate, finance or business
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent report-writing skills
