Job Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, powertrains, and related systems on Ford trucks and commercial vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and drivability systems
- Utilize Ford factory-level diagnostic tools and service software to efficiently resolve issues
- Complete repair orders with precision, documenting all labor, parts, and services accurately
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting flat-rate expectations
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery
- Recommend additional repairs and preventative maintenance to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to dealership safety protocols and manufacturer standards
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: Make $125,000 to $200,000 annually!

Qualifications
- Ford Diesel Certification or equivalent required
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines, preferably on Ford trucks and commercial vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems
- Proficiency with Ford factory diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures
- Experience performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and complex diesel repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment while maintaining quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians
