Responsibilities
- Conducting initial consultations
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
Requirements
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Good Communication Skills – comfortable conversing in person and on the phone, professional demeanor, and clear instruction delivery
- Strong people skills and personality – ability to show energy and excitement while working with clients
- Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course
- Successful completion of Nutrition Playbook Certification Course
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider (can be obtained upon hiring)
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
