Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during procedures with four-handed dentistry
• Set up and break down rooms with precision and cleanliness
• Take quality x-rays and radiographs
• Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed
• Greet and support patients before, during, and after treatment
• Provide post-op instructions and promote oral health education
• Collaborate with the team for a seamless, supportive workday
• Educate kids/parents on proper brushing and flossing
• Manage inventory and contribute to overall office flow
• Deliver the perfect patient experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience or completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
• Current BLS and Radiology certification
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Desire for personal growth and team collaboration
