Responsibilities
- Assist chairside during procedures with four-handed dentistry
- Set up and break down rooms with precision and cleanliness
- Take quality x-rays and radiographs
- Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Greet and support patients before, during, and after treatment
- Provide post-op instructions and promote oral health education
- Collaborate with the team for a seamless, supportive workday
- Educate kids/parents on proper brushing and flossing
- Manage inventory and contribute to overall office flow
- Deliver the perfect patient experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience or completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Current BLS and Radiology certification
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Desire for personal growth and team collaboration
