Responsibilities

Your Impact
As our Dental Assistant, you'll be the cornerstone of the client experience, ensuring flawless operations and unparalleled care. You will:

• Provide elite chairside support during a wide range of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures
• Prepare high-quality single and multi-unit temporaries with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Maintain treatment rooms and clinical systems to an impeccable standard
• Capture 2D and 3D radiographs and digital scans with precision
• Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain efficient clinical flow throughout procedures
• Ensure every patient experiences exceptional comfort, professionalism, and confidence in their care
• Education patients clearly on oral health, home care, and post-operative instructions
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols without compromise
• Assist with digital documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure seamless practice operations through inventory management and scheduling

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate We're Looking For a Dental Professional Who Has 2+ years of clinical experience
• Holds CDA or EFDA certification
• Exels in client care and team leadership
• Is proficient with dental software and digital radiography
• Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment
